Under permanent stress and strain leaders often experience physical and emotional exhaustion and a lack of motivation. One of the marked consequences of emotional exhaustion is the deterioration of health, along with memory loss, shorter attention span, and an ever lower sense of professional success.   


I will help leaders prevent burnout, and find ways that lead to the antitheses of this phenomenon: above all engagement, energetic thinking and efficiency. Though the road to burnout has been known to produce some achievements, the true adventure of creation begins when leaders discover the path that allows them to take their own wellbeing into consideration as well
