...for the person is the key to relationships
„You can’t develop character by reading books. You develop it from conflict.” (Leonard Ravenhill)
It is easy to sugar-coat the truth about our lives, decisions and relationships, while being honest it is an enormous challenge, especially when leaders are to bear the burden of numerous employees, innumerable projects, colossal sums, as well as deadlines and expectations. Our approach to power, problems and crisis is a determining factor in conflict management. We need to be aware of conflict management techniques and the implications of given problems.
My aim is to help leaders discover their own conflict management scripts so that they can learn to manage their conflicts with openness and respect.
...because each conflict is also an opportunity for development.
